3. Mohamed Salah. Egypt.
Valued at €150million

At the age of 14, Salah had to take atleast five different buses every day from Najrij (his village) to train in Cairo. Nicknamed ‘the Pharoah’ by his fans, Salah has scored a near-miraculous 43 goals already this season. That is more than any player in Europe's top five leagues. Because Salah’s consistency in scoring goals is so remarkable, it has come to be expected of him and diminishes the scale of what he is actually doing. It doesn’t help that Salah insists that he has an 'easy life', speaking to The Daily Mail. "This is my life, it's an easy life. It's not complicated. I have nothing much to do during the day but it's a responsibility in the end. You have to take it easy and carry on. I'm not nervous about that". Then he adds, "It's also a little bit difficult because you don't have the freedom to make mistakes or do something wrong".
