Salman Khan was caught on the wrong foot with his first release of the year, Jai Ho. Produced by younger brother Sohail Khan, the movie-estimated to have grossed Rs 111 crore-failed to create a major buzz in the box office despite being profitable. His second release, Sajid Nadiadwala's action-thriller Kick, which hit the screens on Eid, was a huge success. But Khan's position at the top of the list is in no small measure due to his widespread popularity as host of reality show Bigg Boss, now in its eighth season. Weekend Ka Vaar, anyone?
