Sport: Polo Watch model: Jaeger-LeCoultre Reverso Tribute Gyrotourbillon
Jaeger-LeCoultre created the first Reverso in 1931 for polo players who did not want their watch-faces cracked in the course of a rough match. The solution to this problem was simple: A watch in which the dial could be swiveled inwards. Since the 1930s, JLC has come up with several versions and variations of this watch, adding different degrees of complications and style to an eternal design. The Reverso Tribute Gyrotourbillon is the latest in this line of innovation, and celebrates the watch’s 85th anniversary.
