Following up to our post last week on collective impact to achieve large scale social impact in the area of skills development, we'd like to share three videos on collective impact this week.

There has been resounding agreement on the basic premise of the idea: that no organization acting alone can solve large-scale issues. Collective impact is more than just collaboration. It is a rigorous approach with five conditions that, together, are a lever for deep and lasting social change.

These videos demonstrate and describe the idea of collective impact in an accessible way - stories of organizations that have seen the approach work.

Please watch and share the videos, and help us build the collective impact movement by taking the action steps below.
