Drawing from the remarkable success of the 2023 edition, which celebrated trailblazing talent leaders for their steadfast dedication to fostering a talent-centric ethos within their organizations, we extend an invitation for you to nominate yourself and become an integral part of this exceptional journey.

Methodology

The Top 30 Talent Leaders will be featured over two editions, with each issue profiling 15 talent leaders from the list. The entire shortlisting process and research is driven by the Knowledge partner and the Forbes India editorial team to ensure unbiasedness and transparency in the process.

  • Participate in the prestigious Top 30 Talent Leaders 2024 by completing your application form on the website
  • All the applications shall be followed by preliminary assessments to check their alignment with the pre-defined eligibility criteria.
  • Applications that meet the eligibility criteria will be shared with an expert jury for evaluation.
  • An expert Jury shall further evaluate and score the applications qualifying the pre-defined eligibility criteria.
  • The top 50 applicants will be identified based on the scores assigned by the expert jury.
  • The list of the top 50 will then be submitted to the final jury for evaluation.
  • The Final Jury will evaluate and score each finalist on the basis of pre-defined evaluation parameters.
  • The final Jury's scores, assessed against predefined criteria, will determine the Top 30 Talent Leaders of 2024

  • The company must have an established presence in India for at least 2 years as of 31st January,2024.
  • The individual nominated by the organization must hold the Talent Acquisition Lead/Director/Partner position or any other leadership role.
  • The individual must have at least 10 years of experience in the HR industry as of 31st January,2024.
  • The individual must hold at least 1 year of experience as a talent lead in the current organization as of 31st January,2024.

There is no fee for submitting a nomination form for the Top 30 Talent Leader of 2024.

    • The individual holding the Talent Acquisition Lead/Director/Partner, or any other leadership role related to talent at an established organization can be nominated.

    • The nominee must have at least 10 years of experience in the HR industry, by 31st January 2024.

    • The nominated individual must have at least one year of experience, specifically as a talent lead within the current organization, as of 31st January, 2024.

    • The nominee’s company must have an established presence in India for at least two years, as of 31st January, 2024.

The application form must be submitted solely in the English language.

Your application form will initially be reviewed to assess its completeness, eligibility, and adherence to the application guidelines, including character limits. Only complete and eligible applications will progress to the subsequent stages for consideration in the jury rounds.
