Very informative and well reaserched article. It\'s a fact that people do not think of the long term problems that they might face in the whim of loosing weight quickly, and many of them face health issues afterwards.
on Jul 12, 2012I find Dr Kumar's articles interesting n informative. More than anything the choice of topics is wonderful. How about a few articles on Hangovers what with the party season upon us. I also see a lot of party goers resorting to recreational drugs. May make for interesting reading!!
