Managing Partner
A good Managing Partner is the powerhouse of an organization and can be identified by a flourishing business and a robust workforce. This event category recognizes the phenomenal leadership shown by Managing Partners that has led to impressive law firm performance.
Eligibility
- The nominations are open to any Managing Partner (or managing partner equivalent) within a practice firm.
- The applicant should be a licensed lawyer enrolled in any State Bar in India.
- The nominee should be an Indian citizen.
- For the special category of nominees with less than 10 years’ experience, the date of the nominee’s enrolment with any State Bar should be less than 10 years ago as on 31st October, 2020.
Assessment Criteria
Submissions will be judged on the basis of responses to the following questions along with the supporting and additional material. Kindly answer each question in 500 words max:
- Provide details of your professional achievements/outstanding work from 1st April, 2019 to 30th September, 2020
- How have you contributed to the growth, business performance or enhanced profile of the firm?
- How has your leadership shaped the firm’s vision, work culture and business strategy?
Mandatory Information
Kindly provide the following details to enhance your submission:
- Upload a high-resolution picture, preferably a headshot.
- Upload a high-resolution company logo.
- Name of the organisation you work at. Mention the size of the company/firm.
- In which year did you enter the legal industry?
- Which State Bar are you registered with? Provide registration number.
- Kindly mention the current and past practice areas of law that you have specialized in.
- List all your professional qualifications, courses and degrees (can be in any field, not just legal).
- Are you currently a member of any law association(s)? If yes, then kindly specify the name(s).
- Kindly list any external groups, associations, boards or bodies that you are a member of.
- Have you done any pro-bono work? If yes, then kindly provide details
Optional Supporting Material
You could provide the following supporting documents:
- References, testimonials
- Media coverage, statistics and data reports and/or financial or business metrics to support your nomination.
- Submit an optional short video, up to 30 seconds long, in which you talk about “What Featuring in the Top List of Forbes means to me.”
