Season 3 of The Luxury League embarks on a captivating journey into the changing landscape of architectural opulence, introducing audiences to some of the world's most eminent architects who carved a name for themselves in the Smart building designs.


This season redefines architectural luxury in the 21st century, where Smart Buildings and Biophilic Design harmonize to create opulent spaces that are environmentally conscious, technologically advanced, and deeply human-centric. The line-up includes architects renowned for crafting some of the most innovative structures in India, visionaries who are reshaping architectural norms, and individuals whose passion for sustainable living has left an indelible mark on the industry.

METHODOLOGY

We shall be utilizing research skills to grade the 70 firms on a scale of 1 - 5 to asses their overall profile, following which the Top 35 shall be chosen. The Criteria for the same is as follows

1.Innovation & Technology:-

• Project Case Studies - The technological aspects of completed projects. I shall assess how firms have integrated innovative technologies, such as advanced modeling, virtual reality, or sustainable building materials.

• Collaborations - if the firms have collaborated with technology companies, research institutions, or other professionals to leverage the latest advancements in architectural technology.

• Integration of SMART Technology - whether the firm and architects have incorporated, to the best of their ability, the integration of computing and telecommunication technology into other technologies that did not previously have such capabilities.


2. Nature Integration -

• Biophilic Design - Exploring the incorporation of biophilic design principles in the firm's projects. Consider firms that seamlessly integrate nature into their designs, promoting a connection between occupants and the natural environment.


3. Sustainability & ESG -

• Green Certifications - The aim is to Identify firms that have received green certifications for their projects, such as LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) or other sustainable building certifications.

• Specific ESG Initiatives - Grade the firms' commitment to Environmental, Social, and Governance principles. Look for initiatives related to energy efficiency, waste reduction, social responsibility, and ethical business practices.

• Sustainable Materials and processes - Assess the use of sustainable and eco-friendly materials in their projects. Consider firms that prioritize minimizing environmental impact throughout the construction and operation phases.


4. Clientele & Projects -

• Client List - Measure for scale, reputation and diversity of clientele and industry. For the Project portion, will also be looking at the various industries being taken on from the client list, focusing on the luxury aspect.

• Diversity of Projects - checking for a diverse portfolio that includes luxury residential, commercial, and hospitality projects. Consider the scale and complexity of projects to gauge the firm's capability to handle varied challenges.

• Global Presence - Take note of firms that have successfully undertaken projects beyond India, indicating a global clientele and recognition.


5. Aesthetic & Awards -

• Aesthetic Excellence - Grade the aesthetic appeal of the firm's portfolio. Consider firms that demonstrate a high level of creativity, uniqueness, and attention to detail in their designs.

• Awards and Recognitions - Focusing on awards received for design excellence. Prioritize firms with a track record of winning prestigious awards in the field of architecture, particularly those recognizing aesthetic innovation.



6. Education & Impact Of Architect -

• Level of Education - Including their highest form of degree pursued and institute eminence. Will also be considering any academic work done during this period.
