Cofounders of consumer goods flagship Emami, which saw its shares drop amid sluggish demand in rural markets. The $400 million (revenue) company rolled out new products like Emami 7 Oils in One, Fair and Handsome instant fairness facewash for men and Nityam laxative tablets. Emami had filed a case against herbal consumer goods maker Patanjali—cofounded by yoga guru Baba Ramdev—for allegedly copying the design of Emami's Kesh King bottle for Patanjali's Kesh Kanti bottles. The companies settled out of court in May. Patanjali says it has changed the packaging.
