A vegetarian chef, Shah was the first runner-up on Masterchef India, Season 4. In 2017, she co-founded Meraaki Kitchen & Cafe White Sage in Jaipur. Her style of cooking is an amalgamation of cuisines across the globe and in 2022 she exited the restaurant business. Today, she has over 1 million followers on Instagram and frequently shares recipe videos.
