The duo wears multiple hats: Ilambarathi is an ENT surgeon while Roy is a health care manager. They started an Instagram page to showcase their passion for travel. They collaborated with the San Francisco Tourism Board, have worked with Sentosa Development Corporation and Abu Dhabi Tourism, among others.
