About Aamir Wani

After studying in the UK, he returned to Kashmir in 2014 to begin his photography career. At the International Film and Television School, Paris, he won ‘The Best Cinematography Award’ for two of his short films in 2021. The same year, his documentary Firdaus was shortlisted for the BAFTA LA ‘Best Documentary’ award. Wani has worked with Intel, Asus and Suzuki, has won awards, including the UN World Awards for Heritage and Tourism (2018).
