Younger Ambani sibling orchestrated the merger of his Reliance Communications' telecom business with that of rival Aircel, controlled by asMalaysian billionaire Ananda Krishnan, to form what will be the country's fourth-largest mobile phone operator once the merger, which requires regulatory approvals, is completed.
