"Legacy builds the foundation, but innovation drives the future."
Designer Vani Vats always knew she was meant to create. With a clear vision and passion for design, she launched Vvani to craft ensembles that embody femininity, grace, and cultural richness. Over the past decade, the brand has become synonymous with intricate embroidery, romantic silhouettes, and timeless elegance, dressing brides and women across India and beyond.
As Vvani celebrates its 10th anniversary, we reflect on a journey rooted in emotion, artistry, and community. The next chapter is filled with exciting plans, from expanding our global presence to fostering sustainability and innovation in design.
Though she pursued a degree in Science and later a Master’s in Business, design was always present in her journey, with a diploma in Jewellery Designing and Diamond grading from GIA. A diploma in photography sharpened her vision, from microscopes to camera lenses to the jeweller’s loupe, each tool trained her eye to see differently. That perspective ultimately shaped the foundation of Berylle.
The name itself is rooted in beryllium, the elemental core of emeralds and aquamarines, symbolising feminine strength, clarity, and depth. True to its name, Berylle was conceived as an ode to heritage and modernity, blending India’s cultural richness with global minimalism.
What sets Berylle apart is its commitment to personalisation and craftsmanship. Each commission begins with a conversation, transforming client sentiment into subtle symbols, motifs, or gemstones. Every piece is designed to evolve with its wearer, becoming an heirloom across generations.
In a world dominated by factory-made jewellery, Berylle champions handmade artistry, creating minimal yet soulful designs that resonate globally. “Jewellery always fits,” Disha says. “It carries memory, love, and identity in a way few things can. Also, it is not age specific or bound to the versatility jewellery brings in tangible things is beautiful to envision and evolve with.”
Today, Berylle is not just a brand but a movement, representing India’s artistry and contemporary designs with authenticity, creativity, and quiet strength.

Each expansion boosts demand for Indian textiles like cottons, proving that India’s own fashion ecosystem can thrive without Western validation or export dependency!
