Andhra Pradesh captures a quarter of India’s FY26 investments, outpacing Odisha and Maharashtra in industrial growth

Andhra Pradesh is emerging as India’s primary investment magnet, capturing a massive 25.3% of proposed investments in the first nine months of FY26. Odisha (13.1%) and Maharashtra (12.8%) follow, as industrial momentum shifts toward the eastern and southern corridors. A significant 51.2% of all proposed capital is now concentrated in just these three states. Overall, investment announcements for the first 9 months this fiscal is 11.5% higher at 26.6 lakh crore compared to the same period last year.
