Despite a low doubles rank of 41, 42-year-old Leander Paes finished 2015 on a high, bagging three Grand Slam mixed-doubles titles—Wimbledon and the Australian and US Opens—with Swiss partner Martina Hingis. With nine titles in his kitty, Paes is now the second most successful mixed doubles player in Grand Slam history, next only to the legendary Martina Navratilova. His only men's doubles title win this year was at the ASB Classic in Auckland.
Fast Fact: Leander's father Vece Paes was a member of the bronze-medal winning Indian hockey team at the 1972 Munich Olympic Games.
