Nine of Mumbai’s leading contemporary art galleries including the likes of Sakshi, Chatterjee & Lal, Mirchandani+Steinruecke will get together at the Taj Lands End over the weekend to put on display and sale the very best in art including paintings, sculpture, installations and videos by established and emerging Indian and International artists.

Its an initiative by the nine galleries themselves and will feature prominent artists such as Jitish Kallat, Gigi Scaria, Anita Dubey and T Venkanna among others. Though it’s the first time the event is being held, there are plans to turn it into an annual event. Even the Garden View of the Taj Lands End is being transformed into a visual art space by architect Rooshad Shroff.

Timings: 30th (Friday) – 7 p.m. to 11 p.m.31st (Saturday) – 1 p.m. to 8 p.m.1st (Sunday) – 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.
