Good Muscular skeletal health is an important component of maintaining a person’s functional abilities throughout the life course. But with the modern lifestyle people, hardly have time for sufficient physical activity and a healthy diet causing obesity, type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases, osteoarthritis etc.

Less physical activity, in turn, causes several muscular-skeletal health impairments. Loss of independence due to impaired muscular-skeletal health causes mental stress and anxiety, especially among elderly people and in the current scenario the children too. With more time in front of the screen and at home children have forgotten many outdoor games and this is affecting their physical and mental growth.
