Ref to the article on Marwari community. Even if the lssue is dated May this year , I think it is necessary to put the Right perspective . I am 49 years old and the only co I worked was Marwari .keeping in mind that I am Tamil Iyar ,I found that Marwari co ,once they find that the guy in question is good, they don't wait. I join as MT in the marketing international dept and movement was very quick. We are looking at early part of the 90s. I became chief of exports and in 10 years I stayed in the co, never ever I was made to feel I was an outsider. The only criterion was the result oriented guy. Ganesh NARAYANAN
