Aston Martin has launched the 2012 Vanquish in India. The automobile manufacturer has gone for a bit of aggression with the big carbon splitter up front and the diffuser and a gorgeous spoiler that rises out of the body work. Powered by a 573PS 6.0-litre V12 engine and mated to a Touchtronic 2 six-speed automatic gearbox, the Vanquish races from 0-100 kmph in a claimed 4.1 seconds and attains a top speed of 295 kmph.

Green tick-tock
Go green with this timekeeper powered by solar energy. The Solar Clock comes with two sets of hands that can be used depending on whether you want to keep the clock standing up, or lying down. And yes, when the sun goes down,
a rechargeable cell keeps it ticking.

Smart pen
Using embedded computer vision technology developed for military GPS, the wireless Penvue turns any flat surface into an interactive whiteboard, with VGA video connectivity.
