As the 10 percent global tariffs under Section 122 took effect on Tuesday, Penn Wharton data reveals China's IEEPA revenue share declined from 64 percent in April to 24 percent in November. The EU, Vietnam and India were contributing a larger share—India's alone rising from 1 percent in April to 8 percent in November. The rest of the world accounted for 35 percent, up from 13 percent, as tariff revenue diversified across trading partners.
