Five years after it gave up manufacturing its iconic scooters, family's motorcycle maker, Bajaj Auto, run by Rahul's son Rajiv, is mulling making them again to shore up market share. He's also planning new motorcycle models to take on market leader HeroMoto Corp.'s dominance in commuter bikes. Bajaj is awaiting Supreme Court approval to launch its new 4-wheel "quadricycle," which seeks to replace 3-wheel auto-rickshaws.
