Bangalore developer's Embassy Property Developments is expanding despite a real estate slowdown. In August it launched EmbassyOne, a 1.5-million-square-foot mixed-use development backed by private equity firm Blackstone that will include a Four Seasons hotel. It already owns a Hilton hotel, which opened last year. Embassy is best known for its sprawling tech parks, which have a roster of multinational clients such as Wells Fargo, Yahoo and Fidelity, as well as homegrown e-retailer Flipkart.
