Since its inception in 1968, Ajmera Realty & Infra India Ltd has been a pivotal force in shaping Mumbai’s real estate landscape, transitioning from a modest beginning to a conglomerate with a pan-India and global presence. The company’s vision, spearheaded by its founders, including the late Chhotalal S Ajmera, and Rajnikant Ajmera, has focussed on creating quality, value-driven living spaces.

Ajmera’s journey is marked by its strategic approach to real estate, which includes a strong focus on mid and budget residential segments, as well as high-end and luxury projects. It has earned numerous accolades, including the ‘Integrated Township Project of the Year’ for Ajmera Manhattan and the ‘Residential Real Estate Developer of the Year’ award in 2023.

Ajmera Realty’s most significant contribution to the Mumbai market is the transformation of the micro market of Wadala. In the mid-1990s, it pioneered large-scale development in the area with its Bhakti Park Complex, effectively laying the groundwork for what would become a prime residential and commercial hub. Its luxury project, Ajmera Manhattan, has become a landmark, solidifying Wadala’s status as a desirable location. The project was recognised as the ‘Integrated Township of the Year’.
