While there is no dearth of books on management and leadership by academics, would urge Ramesh to consider writing on \'becoming a leader within Indian context\' which could inspire and guide young people just joining corp world.

on Apr 28, 2011Interesting article. I feel there is a fundamental difference in the attitude of a Community and a Corporation. People in a Corporation cooperate for the sake of competing against the competition while in a Community people just cooperate which generates harmony.
