Profiles of visionary entrepreneurs revolutionizing industries

Curiosity has long been Mohamed Asiq’s quiet engine—an instinct to understand people, places, and history that would later shape how he builds companies. Guided by clarity, trust, and empathy, he has forged a career defined by relationships and the conviction that success is measured not just in revenue, but in fairness, transparency, and the strength of connections.
Asiq’s journey began with an engineering degree from the National Institute of Technology, Rourkela. Rather than pursue a conventional technical path, he moved quickly into sales, sharpening his commercial instincts at HCL, Tata Telecom, and Extreme Networks. These experiences instilled resilience and adaptability, preparing him for the leap into entrepreneurship.
With Arche Global, Asiq scaled a system-integration firm into a $50 million global digital-transformation enterprise. The company became known for frugal innovation—designing solutions that maximized customer value and consistently delivered measurable impact.
That philosophy has remained the guiding principle of his ventures. Today, Asiq leads Yavar, an enterprise AI company delivering service-as-a-software through pre-built agentic platforms, and XooG, a blockchain-powered secure messaging platform. Both embody the principles he prizes: technology that solves real problems, earns trust, and demonstrates value through quantifiable outcomes.
Sandeep is the Founder of ROI Minds, a performance-driven digital marketing agency helping DTC and eCommerce brands scale profitably. His journey began when he noticed that many promising businesses weren’t failing due to lack of demand, but because of broken, misaligned marketing strategies. That gap became his mission: to turn marketing into a predictable profit engine.
ROI Minds stands out by taking a full-funnel approach combining Meta & Google Ads, conversion-focused websites, UGC-driven creatives, retention marketing, and AI-powered SEO into one system. By niching down to eCommerce and DTC brands, Sandeep and his team built specialized playbooks that consistently deliver measurable growth.
To date, ROI Minds has generated $300M+ in client revenue with an average 5x ROI. Success stories include scaling a U.S. sportswear brand to 9-figure revenue, growing an Indian jewelry brand to ₹50 lakh/month in ad revenue plus 150,000+ monthly organic visits, and helping brands like Paksha, Aquae Jewels, and Attrangi achieve consistent 7-figure months.
Beyond financial results, Sandeep’s mission is to be remembered as a growth partner behind some of the most successful DTC brands globally—building lasting impact with clarity, accountability, and scale. Featured in Entrepreneur India, Hindustan Times, and Business Standard, he also nurtures a 37,000+ strong marketer community and continues to pioneer growth frameworks like the AI-SEO Audit and DTC Revenue Engine.

Balancing a demanding engineering career in the U.S. with the frustrations of India’s fragmented logistics system, I founded Ovkay to bridge critical gaps in reliability, transparency, and efficiency. With a background in information security, full-stack development, and a Master’s degree from the U.S., I bootstrapped the venture starting with a clear pain point that was reliable door-to-door two-wheeler shipping.
Ovkay has since grown into a technology-driven logistics platform that integrates capacity pooling, real-time tracking, automated workflows, and secure documentation into a unified digital interface. Unlike fragmented carriers or ad-hoc aggregators, we deliver trust, transparency, and scalability for businesses and individuals alike.
The turning point came when we narrowed focus to two-wheeler shipping, built a multi-city network (Hyderabad, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Chennai), and layered automation and operational intelligence on top. That credibility enabled expansion into broader logistics solutions, scaling Ovkay to a ₹9.5 crore valuation with a dedicated team of 10.
Alongside my partner John Chandra Teja, we continue to expand Ovkay’s vision. Recognized by Hindustan Times and Business Standard for innovative logistics solutions, Ovkay also drives community education through our Quora knowledge hub. Looking ahead, the company is evolving into an AI-powered Integrated Digital System (IDS) for logistics, a Unified Logistics Interface Platform (ULIP) that connects fragmented players into one intelligent ecosystem. Beyond financial growth, our mission is to democratize logistics, empowering small businesses and individuals to compete on a global stage with the same efficiency and reliability as enterprise players.

A graduate of IHM Goa and Institute Vatel, France, Abhi has built a global career across North America, Europe, Asia, and now the Middle East, where he leads a 60+ member luxury hospitality team at Dubai’s Burj Khalifa. His real education came from cliffs, skies, and summits. At the age of 38 his mission was to conquer fear by skydiving, trekking through India’s wild trails, and redefining limits on Africa’s highest peak.
Abhijeet Bhoite believes adventure is the ultimate MBA. On August 21, 2025, he summited Mount Kilimanjaro battling altitude sickness, a toothache, and brutal winds returning not just with a victory, but with enduring lessons in resilience, empathy, and clarity that define his leadership today.
Rooted in Maharashtra’s Sahyadris and inspired by legends like Bachendri Pal and Chatrapati Shivaji Maharaj, Abhi blends heritage with global finesse. Possibly the first Maharashtrian hospitality leader to summit Kilimanjaro while leading at Burj Khalifa, he now uses adventure as a framework for mentorship and leadership proving that altitude and attitude go hand in hand.
