Price: Yet To Be Announced Ducati has unveiled the XDiavel and XDiavel S. The ‘X’ in the names stands for the combination of two different riding experiences in one bike—“low speed excitement typical of a cruiser, and the adrenaline rush of sports riding”. The Testastretta engine now displaces 1,262 cc, thanks to a longer stroke and makes 156 PS of power and 128.9 Nm of torque. The bikes now get feet-forward riding positions, unlike the earlier Diavel, and are aimed at attracting the huge cruiser market in America. Other electronic tidbits like ride-by-wire, riding modes and traction control remain while launch control has been added.

Swirls!Swirls!Swirls! Left to right: Oenologie decanter by Baccarat ($800); Caulfield decanter by Ralph Lauren Home ($195); Cobra Carafe by Georg Jensen ($95) Opposite: Bacchus decanter by Riedel ($525)
Whether your wine has a full body or thin legs, these curvaceous decanters call for some heavy breathing.
There are three classic reasons to decant a wine: It’s young and you want it to breathe; it’s an old wine and you want to pour off its sediment; or for whatever reason—your house, your rules—you don’t want your guests to know what they’re drinking. These sculptural decanters add a charming grace note to that list: You’d pour water into these vessels, they’re so beautiful. Set them on the table with a vibrant red wine inside, add some candlelight and look for good things to happen

Celebrating Chinese New Year Price: On Request Vacheron Constantin is enriching its Métiers d’Art The Legends of the Chinese Zodiac series with the sign of the monkey this year. Bearing the Hallmark of Geneva, these two new creations, realised in 12 models each, combine the technical excellence of Caliber 2460 G4 with the beauty of artistic crafts. The foliage motif on the dial is based on classic Chinese iconography and is etched directly on the metal. The pattern remains semi-embedded and stands out from its gold base by a subtle stage-setting of variously accentuating reliefs. vacheron-constantin.com
