Neha Mathur trained to be a dental surgeon but traded the doctor's whites with the chef's. Mathur, who started her blog, Whisk Affair, in 2012, is equally at ease with Indian flavours—chicken pulao, bhindi masala, what have you—as she is with global—edamame hummus, for instance—having picked them up from her international stints trailing her husband. Besides Whisk Affair, she works on content writing, food styling, and photography, and has collaborated with brands like Swiggy and Saffola, among others.
