Iyer or 'trulynomadly' spends more time underwater than on land, creating travel content. As a rescue diver (soon to be Master Scuba Diver), freediver, and ocean enthusiast, she keeps the company of whales, sharks, stingrays, and other inhabitants of the seas to showcase adventures that encourage her audiences to get out of their comfort zone to learn more about the planet. When on land, she embarks on solo trips to countries like Iran, Kyrgyzstan, Oman, Mexico and more, to unravel stories around people, culture and history to debunk myths and tell stories that go beyond what is reported in the media.
