A good and thought provoking article.
on Mar 8, 2010While the thought of being alive to the passion of heart is indeed instructive and worth emulation in the quest for rat race, the passion is given a burial from which it can never resurrect itself. Passion can continue to kindle if one is allowed to think from heart, but tutoring from the cradle to grave is to allow the head to rule the heart, in such a scenario the ability to pursue one's passion is a minuscule minority. <br /> Passion can only be pursued, if one is allowed to imbibe the famous couplet "Lazim hai ki dil ke paas rahe akl, lekin ai jaalim kabhi to usse tanha bhi chod de", i.e. it is all right that one should have a brain besides the heart, but the heart needs to be allowed to left alone sometimes. When it is done only then can the passion spread.
