The problem with supercars is you don't get to use them very often. You'd hardly want to be driving those hot wheels through city traffic every day. And then there's the headache of maintenance, getting parts, and so on. More sensible, perhaps, to rent? Also, *cough* more economical?

From who, you ask? If you’re in Mumbai, there’s Club Torque (clubtorque.in ). On offer, a choice of a Ferrari F450, a Porsche 911, an Audi R8, a BMWZ4 and and a Mercedes E Cabriolet. Torque has three kinds of annual membership: Elite (Rs 15 lakh), Sport (Rs 8 lakh), and Enthusiast (Rs 5 lakh). Not small change, yes, but no big deal for you folks in the corner offices.

Sigh, yes, there is a drawback. You have to give the car back.
