Balkrishan Goenka

Founder-chairman of the $3 billion (revenues) Welspun Group, which makes textiles, pipes and steel, reenters the list after a 4-year hiatus. Bulk of wealth is from the $850 million (revenues) Welspun India, best known for its range of towels (it supplies Wimbledon) and carpets, which are sold by Wal-Mart, IKEA and Target. Goenka started with a textile mill in Maharashtra in 1985 at age 19.
