Bulk of wealth is from the $850 million (revenues) Welspun India, best known for its range of towels (it supplies Wimbledon) and carpets, which are sold by Wal-Mart, IKEA and Target. Goenka started with a textile mill in Maharashtra in 1985 at age 19. Group, which faced slump after failed textile acquisition, slowdown in pipe orders and delays in its power projects, has lately restructured.
