Property developer's Mumbai firm, Kalpataru, is busy with a slew of new projects despite the market slump. The biggest is a 9.6-millionsquare-foot township in the suburbs and a complex of luxury villas at a hill resort close to the city. Another showpiece is the upcoming Kalpataru Avana, a midtown 43-story luxury condo. Munot, along with son, Parag, is also building up a portfolio of redevelopment projects, notably near the Bandra-Kurla financial district.
