Location: Amboli, Maharashtra
 
Geckos are pre-historic looking creatures that emerge from their crevices during the nights. They are relatively huge and will gobble any insect they can swallow. To the photographer, all the species featured in this curation are as amusing as the charismatic big cats and larger mammals.
