The music composer duo Vishal Dadlani and Shekhar Ravjiani first came together in 2003 for Jhankar Beats, which fetched them the Filmfare RD Burman Award for New Music Talent that year. In 2011, they collaborated with Grammy Award-winning British singer Imogen Heap for a television show The Dewarists and also worked with R&B star Akon for Ra.One. Last year has been great for them with their music for Kahaani, Shanghai and Student of the Year topping the charts.
